About Hidden gymnastics for weight l
This is almost unknown at the moment that gymnastics was created by the undeservedly forgotten medicine professor, colonel of medical service in retirement, Vasily Ivanovich Vorobyov.

He was born in 1927, graduated from the military medical academy and served in the Soviet navy. Practical recommendations, proposed by him on the posts of the chief nutritionist of the Armed Forces and the head physician of the Academy of Sciences Hospital, are widely used until now. He has government awards, including the Orden of the Patriotic War II degree. In addition, he published more than 70 scientific papers and registered several inventions. Gymnastics Vorobyov was twice awarded a gold medal in USSR.

The gymnastics was developed in the 1980s and was recommended as an exercise for office workers. After the collapse of the USSR, this gymnastics, like many other useful workings of that time, was forgotten. Meanwhile, invisible gymnastics is one of the most effective techniques, which have no analogues in the whole world. The complex of exercises of hidden gymnastics allows to relax and serves as a preventive maintenance of many serious problems: impairment of sight, memory disorders, migraine and even a set of excess weight. Gymnastics is very relevant for today, the time of computer technology and office workers sitting in front of monitors.

Dr. Vorobyov's gymnastics essence - fast and high-quality loads on the main parts of the human body. These only 8 exercises are so effective and simple that it takes between six to ten minutes to complete the whole workout. If every hour of being in the workplace you can perform this complex, then soon (usually after 3 or 5 days) you will feel a noticeable improvement in the mood and general tone of all muscles.

An important feature of Vorobyov's gymnastics is the complete absence of medical contraindications. In many cases, this is practically the only option for maintaining health.
