What is collected

Every visit to 99images.com is logged in the way web servers log visits: the page requested, the time, the referring page, the browser and device type, and the country the request came from. This is used to understand which pages are read and nothing else. It is not sold, and it is not combined with anything that identifies you personally.

Analytics

This site uses Google Analytics, which sets cookies in your browser and sends usage data to Google. You can opt out with Google's opt-out add-on, or by blocking cookies in your browser.

Cookies

The pages themselves set no cookies. Any cookies you receive here come from the third-party services named above, where any are, and blocking them will not stop you reading anything.

Your data

No accounts are offered, so there is normally nothing held about you at all.

If you use the contact form, the name, email address and message you submit are stored so that somebody can read and answer them, and the page you were on is recorded with them so a correction can be matched to the article it concerns. They are used for nothing else, are never sold, and are deleted once the matter is closed. Ask at the address below and we will delete them sooner.

The form is protected by Google reCAPTCHA, which is subject to Google's privacy policy and terms.
