How do you PAY for ELECTRICITY on the App?

- Click on Pay Electricity from the home page.
- Select Add new meter/choose from your saved meters
- Select your Electricity Provider.
- Choose your state of residence.
- Select PREPAID as meter type.
- Input your meter number.
- Enter the amount.
- Proceed to Select your preferred payment option.
FOR POSTPAID USERS:
- Click on Pay electricity from the home page.
- Add new meter/choose from saved meters
- Select your Electricity Provider.
- Choose your State of residence.
- Select POSTPAID as meter type.
- Select payment type as electricity bill
- Input your account number
- Enter the amount.
- Proceed to Select your preferred payment option.
How do you make Payment on the App?
Powerplug offers you six different payment options to choose from;
- Wallet
- Debit card

Powerplug Service Charge: There is a processing fee of ₦100 charged only when you buy electricity.
Buy for someone: This allows you to buy electricity for a third party.
You will be prompted to enter their Phone number and email so they can get the token and receipt directly from us.
