HeyGov is e-government management software built for local government. As a constituent, you can do the following in the app if your city is a subscriber to HeyGov:
1. Report issues in your city, and get notified when they’re resolved
2. Fill out forms and license applications digitally
3. Reserve and book municipal facilities for your events, gatherings and parties
The issues received through the HeyGov widget are Open311 compliant (https://www.open311.org)
