My Energy My Way!
The My NRG app provides one-stop energy management to our electricity and natural gas customers in the northeast. After you receive your first utility bill with NRG listed as your energy supplier, you can create your account login on the App.
Our Chat support team is available Mon-Fri, 8 am-8 pm EST via the App.
Key Features:
1. View and change your electricity and natural gas plans with in-app notifications.
2. Consolidated dual dashboard.
3. Add natural gas service (depending on service area).
4. Monitor energy usage by month and year.
5. Track your NRG Rewards - travel points/miles (redeemable with our partners), charitable contributions, or cash back.
6. Create NRG Account Logins and link additional utility service accounts.
7. Control Smart Devices - Electric Vehicle (Tesla, Jaguar I-Pace, Ford Mustang Mach-E), Nest Thermostat*, and Enphase Solar account.
8. View our FAQs or contact us through phone, chat, or email.
9. Find your utility contact information to report an outage.
