MiChat is an app for MiChat end users to contact each other listed in phone contacts via internet instant messaging, without adding as friends each other beforehand.
If the recipient is a non-MiChat user, he/she can receive a SMS message, maybe included a URL linking to message attachments such as photos, documents.
