"En Kanavu Yarl" is an effort to ensure that Jaffna and Kilinochchi districts are considered as one of the top 5 districts in the country in the next 5 years. The aim is to build a strong political, economic and social leadership that unites the people who believe in this endeavor, from Jaffna to southern Sri Lanka to the diaspora.
