Designed to work with only the 21.04 version of GlobalEdge, this application includes new functionality for XOi Integration. The new functionality includes Deeplink Integration to the XOi Mobile App. The tech is able to keep an XOi job open across multiple days. In addition, more than 1 XOi job can be created and link to a single GE Service Order.
