ServiceWRK is a simple yet powerful app for the field engineer and is part of a comprehensive field service
management system. It helps service tickets to be claimed in an UBERIZED fashion by the field engineers or
specifically assigned . Service Engineers can then call the customers in-app and schedule appointments.The
tickets are closed once the service is completed through an OTP-based mechanism.
