The Proof of Delivery app is an add-on to Existco's Plant Control System/Sales Management System product. It allows for delivery drivers to automatically receive delivery information, and capture delivery signatures on a mobile device.
The app will capture the customer's signature, delivery GPS location, delivery photos, payment records (COD), delivered quantities and serial numbers. The app also has a returns feature, where signature, GPS location, return reason and return photos can be captured.
When first installing the app, it will be connected to a demo account that auto-generates deliveries. Users are selected from the user list, and all passwords are blank on this account. To use the app for your business, your device must be provisioned with a key to hook it up to your company's Proof of Delivery account.
