The Luna Focus app is your self-care journaling tool for a balanced, happier life. Every month you will be practicing gratitude, discovering ways to improve, setting goals, and taking action in all areas of life. Whether it be home, work, wellness, or relationships - as the moon shifts into a new constellation, so does your focus!
The app provides 12 different focus journal entries for 12 areas of life. The 12 areas are self, wealth, communication, home, fun, wellness, relationships, transformations, exploration, work, community, and healing. Each life area is tied to a constellation. Like the hand of a clock, when the moon points to one of the constellations, complete the journal entry for the constellation's associated life area. Doing so formulates a balanced and constructive life improvement plan where each focus area is visited once a month for a monthly check-in.
The journal entries are arranged so that we are reflecting, finding gratitude, and finding ways to improve each life area. Since the moon points to any one constellation for 2-3 days it is recommended that you complete the associated focus area journal entry within those 2-3 days but feel free to journal daily!
Each journal entry is archived and categorized by focus area to keep you organized. All journal entries are stored locally to your device and none of your data is collected by us. Please note that by deleting the app, you are also deleting your journal entries.
