How It Works:
Based on your body profile and exercise habits provided during registration, we will adopt scientifically proven methodology to calculate your daily calories and macronutrients requirements.
We then provide ready-made meal recommendations from our network of vendors, which fit your calories/macro requirements.
From the list of ready-made meals recommended for you, you can select your preferred meal(s) and we will then deliver it/them right to your doorstep.
