mojeIKP is a free application of the Polish Ministry of Health. Install the application, receive e-referrals and e-prescriptions straight to your phone and always have them at hand. Show the pharmacy the QR code and quickly fill your e-prescription. View your visit history. Set a reminder to take your medicine. Check the medicine leaflet by scanning its packaging. Grant access to your Electronic Health Records (EMR) to medical professionals and facilities. Quickly check your coronavirus test result and have access to your EU COVID Certificate. Test your knowledge in the healthy eating quiz and then look at your diet and see your shopping list. Use the app to learn first aid and remember that in an emergency you can easily reach for it and remember how to act.
Basic functionalities:
• purchasing medication in a pharmacy without the need to enter your PESEL number, simply give the pharmacist the QR code to scan
• quick and convenient access by phone to e-prescriptions and e-referrals directly from the PUSH notification received
