About ABIT: Workout Interval Timer

ABIT (A Better Interval Timer) was created to simplify creating, doing, and sharing your custom workouts. Easily combine timed intervals (EMOM, HIIT, TABATA, stretching routines) and rep count-based intervals (dumbells, body weight, gym machines, CrossFit WODs) into one workout, then share it with anyone!

Features Include
• Timed Intervals - displays a count down timer while you do the interval
• Rep Intervals - mark the interval as complete when you are finished with the reps
• For Time Blocks - group your workout into different sections with their own round numbers
• AMRAP Blocks - do as many reps as possible within the block time limit
• Tags - give your workout tags so they are organized and you can find them again easier
• Text to Speech - toggle the settings to announce the current interval’s block number, round number, description, half way time, or last three seconds
• Completed Workouts - view past workouts with data on each block, round, and interval
• Full Screen Mode - view the current interval in full screen for maximum visibility
