How to use EasyDivy? - A brief summary.
Real users create or join a group. Each group will have an admin. Users create payments, upload receipts/invoices and divide these payments evenly or unevenly to users. Payments created by users go to the group admin for approval in order to avoid any incorrect entry. Users can create labels for payments related to them and group their payments. They can create wishlists to keep track of their purchases easily and collaboratively. When the group calls for a settlement, the admin initiates the settlement. The system performs an optimum calculation with the minimum number of payment transactions and reveals the debts of the users to each other. Users can see how much they owe to whom in the relevant settlement. From their profile, they can add their bank information so that the debts to be sent to them can be sent more quickly. While paying their debts to another user, they can quickly copy the bank account information of that user. They can share a bank receipt showing that they have paid their debts. Users can view the statistics of their personal activities, group and tag activities and can create and export the statistics they want as a report.
