• How to play; compete and win
You can join a Public contest for a particular day from 4.30 pm the previous day and up to 9 am on the day of the contest. On joining the contest each user is given 5 Lacs of virtual money to build a portfolio of 11 stocks; where he can buy or even sell as many stocks as he wishes to. The maximum value that can be invested in a particular stock is Rs 1 Lac. After the creation of the portfolio, the user has to select an Alpha and Beta stock from amongst the stocks in the portfolio. He can join a particular contest with multiple portfolios and also several contests with a single portfolio :)
Once the contest is live, the contestants can track updates on their portfolios to see how it is performing. The contest ends at 3.30 pm ie the closing bell of the day of the contest and the results are announced once the contest ends. The winners of paid contests win cash prizes :)
• Create Private Contest
Users who don't want to participate in the public contest can create their own private contest and play amongst themselves; just create a contest and share the joining link with their friends on WhatsApp/Email/Code and you are ready for an exciting fantasy stock market contest; it's time to earn those bragging rights! :P
• Real Money Vs Virtual Money
No real money is involved for free contests other than those given as prizes. Stocks are purchased and sold using virtual money. The prices considered for a particular stock are that of the previous day’s close.
So now you don't have to fear losing money in the stock markets whilst playing a fun daily game with friend’s, relatives or thousands of other contestants paying just a minimal contest entry fee. And guess what you can win real money too.
