The Caravan Platform provides a digital network that acts as a shopping site where persons (“Users”) seeking personal transportation services or the delivery of goods, products, medicines, electronic payment services, restaurant meals, or logistics services (“Services”) can match the persons including the indicated drivers ("Captains") who can provide the Services. Each user must create a user account that enables them to access the Caravan platform. Any decision made by the User regarding the use or acceptance of the Services is at its sole discretion. Each Service provided by the Captain or any third party to the User constitutes a separate agreement between the Captain and the User.
