The Baseball Rules in Black and White app offers four rule sets OBR, NCAA, NFHS, and YOUTH. OBR is in several languages. The app provides videos of infractions for the more complicated rulings, plus official rule numbers with rulings. The app is formatted to be user friendly, so that rules can be found with lightning quick speed and easily understood.
