Qatar’s Hani Taleb Ballan, the promoter of this Apps, is a former Fifa referee, author of two refereeing books and Fifa instructor. He is also the vice Chairman of the Fifa and AFC refereeing committees and Chairman of QFA refereeing department. Ballan held the post of QSL CEO since 2014
