The EBF Contacts app makes it easier to reach colleagues on iOS devices. The solution gets contacts from Exchange Online and On-Premise, uses encryption to save them on the cellphone and synchronizes these on a regular basis. The
app thereby enables the relevant information about colleagues to be displayed, making it possible to identify internal callers. Because the name of the caller is displayed for incoming calls from contacts within your own organization even
without having to save these as contacts first.
EBF Contacts uses the SMS Fraud Extension, if the user activates it. This makes the company contacts information available in the iOS phone app to display the name and other information about a caller. EBF Contacts does not block phone numbers or messages. CallKit must not be enabled to use the app. The user can skip this step on initial use.
