The Connection Practice is a wellness habit for living happily with ourself and others. The steps for this practice help us connect with our feelings and needs rather than suppressing them or expressing them in ways that hurt ourselves and others. We also connect with the feelings and needs of others, which leads to greater understanding. Finally, our insights lift us out of confusion and help us discern our next action.
This app guides the user through these steps, saves the entries for review and provides the option of adding an Outcome statement.
