About Habit Application

The Habit app is developed as part of a joint federally funded research study from the University of Connecticut and Worcester Polytechnic Institute, led by Drs. Sherry Pagoto and Bengisu Tulu. The app is currently restricted for use in our own research studies. It allows users to track dietary temptations, weight, exercise. It provides problem solving opportunities to develop new habits that can help with weight management.
