What is wowe?
Build positive habits to improve your well-being. wowe is a comprehensive well-being platform that uses positive psychology and mind-body science to help you achieve optimal, full-spectrum well-being. Find 1000's of activities to support you in creating greater health, happiness, and meaning in your lives. Whether you enjoy journaling, meditation, yoga or love engaging in cardio to elevate your health and well-being, wowe will provide you with inspiration to keep progressing on your well-being journey.

How does wowe work?

wowe focuses on six aspects of life that need your attention to feel balanced and well. These aspects are: Physical, Environment, Emotional, Passion, Transcendence and Relationships.

We believe that no two people have the same starting point or the same path. wowe acts as a compass orienting you towards aspects that need your attention and guiding you towards your path by giving your daily personalized recommendations for activities that you can do and quick happiness boosters to elevate your well-being.

Start your wowe journey by answering a few questions about yourself and sharing your interests. Based on your responses, wowe customizes activities and inspirations tailored to your strengths and aspects of your well-being that need your attention. Come check out your recommendations on a daily basis and read interesting articles that will enable you to discover healthy habits.
As you engage with wowe on a daily basis, wowe will continue to provide your with tailored activities to keep you moving onward and upward. wowe integrates with Healthkit to receive information about the users health and fitness data on iPhone and Apple Watch. With the user's permission, wowe will communicate with the HealthKit store to access this data. wowe will not be sharing this data with third parties. It uses this information to provide personalized recommendations to the users for activities they can engage in on the app to promote and further their overall well-being.
You can see your progress on your journey page and plan for each coming day by viewing the activities on the Discovery page. Your daily feed provides you with complete visibility into the activities that you have been engaging in.

In addition, connect to your friends, family and co-workers by inviting them to wowe and creating circles by social group or activity so you can motivate others and allow them to share your passion for well-being!
