Welcome to Body Aligned mobile app! Clients can access their account, schedule appointments and classes, update payments and purchase packages. Located in Hyde Park area of South Tampa, Body Aligned offers Pilates and the GYROTONIC® Method in one great space. All of our Pilates instructors are comprehensively trained. The studio is fully equipped with Balanced Body equipment. We offer privates, semi-privates and small group classes. Wellness is the key to happiness!
