The Michelin Warranty Claim App provides a mechanism to capture and submit Passenger & LT and Agriculture Warranty Claims for Michelin, BFG & Uniroyal brand tires. This App will be used by all Michelin external Dealers, Distributors and Open Market Users throughout USA and Canada. This App works in supported models of iPhone and iPad to capture warranty claim details while device is on-line or off-line and data can be synchronized with Michelin Systems once Wi-Fi is connected. The Michelin Warranty Claim App provides the following functionalities:
• Capture warranty claim details on supported models of iPhone, iPad, while device is on-line or off-line. (NOTE: Off-line capture requires Wi-Fi/Cellular data connection to Submit to Michelin).
• Automated process for issuing Authorization Codes for Claim Type 7 (Goodwill/Customer Request). Eliminates a phone call to Consumer Care for assistance and Auth Code for Passenger & Light Truck Claims, when using the App.
• Real time digital inspection available for Pass/LT when submitting Claim Type 7 (Goodwill/Customer Request). Notification in the app when tire(s) should be scrapped and not returned to the inspection center. Claim will move to Submit status with credit issued within 48 hrs.
• Digital Insp inspection available for all Agriculture Claims. Claims reviewed within 48 hours. Notification in the app when tire(s) should be scrapped and not returned to the inspection center.
• Notifications sent to your device to provide status of claims pending authorization code. when created using the App.
• Passenger & LT: iMessage with Michelin Tire Experts prior to or after submitting a claim.
• Allows user to attach photos and/or brief video of tire(s) for Michelin to review.
• Barcode scan feature to auto populate the Vehicle Identification Number.
• Allows user to register the replacement tire DOT where applicable.
• Allows user with to email or print the Tire Bar Codes and Pack List directly from the App.
• Allows each store location to create the packlist directly from the App.
• Only Open Market, BibBasic and KAD users are required to self-register for an ID to login to the App and Submit Warranty Claims. All other users should log in with their B2B credentials.

• View stock of 1-5 MSPNs at Michelin or BibExpress Distributor.
• Select shipping method and Supplier (Michelin or BibExpress Distributor).
• Shipping: Michelin or the BibExpress Distributor.
• Also will provide PSD and CDD (Preferred Ship date and Customer Delivery Date).
