I can't believe our dining room transformation is done! I've never sat in a dining room so much as I do now. This room sat "as is" (swipe to see😳) for the first 15 months we lived in this house. There were other priority projects that needed to happen but I just couldn't shake the feeling of unease every time I ate in here. I mean that old chandelier gives me major Adams Family vibes and it needed to go😂. So we planned and when the time was right, brought this room to life. . I started this design back in September and it slowly and beautifully came together. Don't always feel like changes need to happen overnight! Prioritize the changes and start with your "must-haves" first. . What I love most about this room is the handmade pieces that fill it. My husband built all the table, bench and shelves and it feels like us.
