✨Happy Thursday from Casa Cozy✨ When your girl cub walks in and says, “Mama, this is the most beautiful dining room ever. Now you should wallpaper it”, you know your design was straight fire. • • Double trouble so nice we did it twice. Okay y’all, bear with me. I’m obsessed with this room right now, but even more obsessed with the new lighting! So y’all are gonna be seeing these girls a lot. I wanted to do double chandeliers in here (because, you know me- Extra💁🏽‍♀️), but space was a concern given the largeness of these chandeliers. I didn’t care. Fate brought me a second large chandy and I knew these sisters had to be together, side by side. They remind me of my sister and me: taking risks and betting on ourselves. I was worried it would be too much though. Then I remembered who I was, how I live, and I just fudging went for it. And, boom! I’m in love! Don’t limit yourself. Don’t doubt your abilities to see what things can be. Take a risk and just go for it! If it doesn’t work, then at least you tried. AT LEAST YOU HAD THE GUTS TO TRY. I would have regretted at least not trying the double lighting in our dining room. And thank the Lord I have a hubby who is so patient and supportive. Every time Jim walks in the house and there’s plastic up he looks at it, says “Huh. That’s new”, and just goes on about his business. It’s adorable...swoon🥰. Anyway- back to not limiting yourself and trusting your instincts. Don’t limit yourself and trust your instincts. I believe you were meant to be on this earth to do wonderful things. We all are.
