Flenexter let you watch videos or listen to audios via a floating window. Flenexter allows you to watch videos while you browse the internet and do other things, completely free on your phone and it requires no permission other than a working internet (of course).
Flenexter is always on top of other apps, so you can make sure the player is always in the foreground when you are doing other things.
