Tribal development department of Gujarat, implement numerous schemes for the welfare of tribal community in the state. The population of the tribal community is more than 90 lakhs. This android based mobile application aims at disseminating the information of welfare schemes for individual beneficiary of the tribal community. Nowadays Mobile phones are widely used as a communication device which have penetrated to the remotest areas of the state. Hence this medium is used for disseminating the information of welfare schemes to the tribal community. This android based mobile application has been created with the cooperation with of Vikaspedia project. This application provides information of welfare schemes for individual tribal beneficiaries in a very simple and easy to understand format so that maximum eligible tribal beneficiaries can get benefitted of the welfare schemes.
