We all get muddled or overwhelmed by life at times.
The world has never been more stimulating and it’s not slowing down any time soon.​ Most well-being approaches simply soothe your emotions, rather than helping you to process what your feelings actually mean.

What we think is what we feel. 95% of what goes on in our heads comes from our subconscious. This means that we have no idea what’s truly important to us, or how we should be using our talents, from one day to the next.

Talk It Out takes you deeper, helping you to understand your subconscious thoughts and the emotions they create. With this awareness you are better equipped to deal with them.

It's a simple, fun, and human way to look after your mental health and boost your feelings of positivity about the future.
You can do Talk It Out on anything.
Your relationships, your work, your life…
Anything that feels like it needs some attention.
All you have to do is grab your phone, hit the record button, go for a walk, and talk into the App.

· Record yourself talking about the things that are important to you.
· Capture insights and see them turned into text.
· Review your insights and spend time thinking about what they mean to you.
· Turn your insights into actions, creating a digital ‘to do’ list of things that you know are important to you.

By talking it out you can think out loud and change your whole relationship with what has literally been “on your mind”.
