[UX9] Sweet Chocolate Icons fo Download (Windows PC)

Hey guys, this is an icon app designed for the Sweet theme with light style. You can use it independently of the theme but should be used together for the best experience.
To use the theme, after installation you apply the theme by going to Settings / Display / Wallpaper & theme / Icon tab
