Players will use traps, pathways, circuits and drones to create a complex maze of hazards to prevent other hackers from accessing their system vault and stealing all their credits.
PROTECT YOUR CLIENT Use an ever-growing set of components to protect your client from hackers. Walls and doors will hinder a hacker's vision as they navigate through your client searching for your vault. Use a number of traps and drones to force the hacker to terminate their connection. Use powered components to create a maze of complex logic puzzles that only you know how to solve. Do whatever it takes to protect your credits and stay on top of that leaderboard.
MINE WITH YOUR BOTNET While you're busy hacking, put your botnet to work. Purchase botnet clients that will mine credits for you every minute and provide your home client with a defense network that other hackers will have to get through.
A LITTLE HELP What's a hacker without their programs? Collect enough bits needed to compile custom programs that you can bring into a hack to target certain components.
I GOT A JOB FOR YOU While you're offline, don't forget to knock out a few jobs to gain rep, bits and credits. Each job will introduce you to the unique world of Gridhunter, and can be completed while you're offline.
