Howfen Radio is a community radio station with a difference, we broadcast over the world wide web and unlike other community stations we broadcast all year round. It is run completely by volunteers. We have a variety of shows featuring music from all the decades from the '60's right through to modern classics.
We are constantly on the lookout for new volunteers to help us run the station and help us put on road shows at local community and fundraising events. We also put on a small music festival annually at the end of the summer which is free to enter and put on a variety of acts to suit all tastes.
