Data from educational institutions are being collected by several government bodies, including CEHRD, NEB, CTEVT, and UGC, using EMIS installations. However, the Ministry of Education, Science & Technology (MoEST) is having some issues while obtaining uniformly prepared data from relevant entities. To get rid of these issues, a system is envisioned that establishes a system at ministry which will be used not only for collecting, storing, processing the data from different government agencies but also generates various reports that can be accessed by different institutions and general public through web-based and mobile apps.
