CityWatch MT is the new Maltese app, designed to assist Local Councils in resolving and mitigating issues within Maltese localities.
With a convenient and intuitive mobile app, residents and non-residents alike can report community-related issues efficiently. Issues arise from various different scenarios ranging from domestic to infrastructure, all of which can be reported within 30 seconds using this app.
Reports are then compiled and delivered to Local Councils in a structured manner allowing for a better understanding of all the problems present within a locality.
How to submit an issue with the CityWatch MT app:
1. Select a location in any of the applicable localities.
2. Select a category of the issue.
3. Add up to 3 photos (optional).
4. Write a description of the issue.
5. Submit!
Current App Features:
* Form for providing text-based and visual information.
* Issue history to view any past problems at any time.
* Status report on the progress of resolving an issue.
* Email-based communication with the local council.
CityWatch MT is a free-to-use Maltese app conceptualised, designed, and developed by Andre' Mousu'.
