~ Mantle piece master piece ~ Took this snap of our still work in progress living room the other day. I've been putting off sharing for a while because we were hoping to be done in this room by Christmas. It now looks like we'll be cutting it very fine though, with Christmas dec's going up before all the reno work is properly complete. We can still revel in the semi-complete glory anyway! Within the next few weeks we need to finish fitting skirting boards, paint skirting boards, touch up wall paint, hang art, and make curtains. Tiling, log burner and built in cupboards will have to wait til the new year, we just don't have the head space for all that as well!
