Our Living room is Christmas ready 🌲After saying all I wanted for Christmas was some foam for my sofa 🤣 my wish came true! After nearly 6 months of waiting it arrived yesterday and I couldn’t love it more!! If you are after a loaf style sofa but at a much more reasonable price (plus heard some hit and miss reviews on loaf quality!) I would absolutely recommend the M&S Isabelle sofa. (As long as you aren’t in a rush that is 🤣) I can’t quite believe how amazing the quality is- I was so nervous yesterday because I picked this purely based on reviews and internet pictures as we were in lockdown at the time (when aren’t we these days🤣). The drama of the national foam shortage, the last minute delays and having no sofa and then a horrible temporary sofa are all forgotten 🤣(just about!) There’s still a few bits to do in here now the sofas arrived. We want an armchair for the corner near the window but wanted to wait until the sofa had arrived to decide what type of thing we would want. & We need a new rug as our current one was dark grey and with the new sofa being dark it all felt a bit much so thinking perhaps a cream rug (2 boys, a cream rug I know 🤣) But for now we are just going to sit on the sofa - now we finally have one !! and enjoy it! Amazing to think a few months ago this room was an actual hell hole - the roof was exposed, a bees nest in the wall, there was a temporary kitchen in here and also my wfh set up.
