A significant part of the design plan for this room was to give space to our clients beautiful collection of art and artefacts. We went through different designs and concepts before landing on these custom floating shelves - we wanted them to be interesting and architectural but without overshadowing the objects they display. Other than the handful of tchotchkes we added to the coffee table, everything else is from our clients’ personal collection.
