We decided to add abit of extra worktop to this bit of the kitchen as our fairly new table and chairs are just getting trashed by our two very messy daughters! Ideally we would have kept to the same worktop but oak so much easier to get ahold of! And it does the job. Girls love their new little messy spot! Might be able to take the table cloth off now!
