Cooked up a storm in here today! Picture the scene; day off, Christmas music playing, happy family... Reality; made mince pies with pre made pastry and filling from a jar (bought from Waitrose to make me feel fancy 😋). Made shortbread biscuits (that merged into one giant tray bake!) and knocked up a top quality oven tea from the freezer🙌🏻. Sorry guys, mum of the year goes to me... #iwillneverbenigella No seriously, in a time where pressure for the perfect Christmas is intensified... cut yourself some slack!
