HEART • OF • THE • HOME Our Kitchen.. It’s old. It’s outdated. But we’ve made it the best space we possibly could on short resources and small finance. The walls were stripped of awful purple wallpaper & repainted. The cupboards were sanded down and repainted. The handles were changed from old wooden knobs to beautiful rose gold ones. The door to our side lobby was also painted. The leather dining chairs of ours have been covered with grey seat covers and it looks like a different space from the one we purchased (see last picture). Would I replace it? Hell yeah! I can’t wait to rip up those awful high gloss black tiles one day and utilise the space much more fluently.
