I had planned a long considered post about the value of using architects alongside this oldie but goodie - a bespoke kitchen in Dulwich that was sold on @themodernhouse - they sell design led properties, and they generally sell for 12% more than the rest of the market. 🍴 I'll elaborate on that in another post.
