With so many of us still working from home during the pandemic, we wanted to remind you of a few ways to stay focused (especially with our new furry coworkers).
1.) Get dressed in the morning! You don't need to dress in workplace attire, but putting on clothes besides pajamas can be helpful for your confidence and productivity.
2.) Find a designated workspace or office. We've been there too - just taking a few moments to work from the couch! When you designate a specific space for working, it's easier for you to disengage at the end of the workday.
3.) Keep working hours. This might be obvious, but you should know when you're in a working environment and when you should be relaxing. Even if you aren't doing anything at night, doing extra work will not give you the opportunity to recharge. Don't be afraid to relax.
