Did you ever seen the movie โLost in translationโ?
As a lover of Japan itโs one of my fav movies since itโs entirely set in Tokyo ๐ฏ๐ต and itโs a bit how I felt when finalizing one of my last online interior design projects, that was for a client in Japan. Just imagine browsing for furniture pieces and home decor in websites entirely in Japanese ๐

I often receive requests via e-mail and here about #onlineinteriordesign services. In fact, due to the pandemic, e-design had a strong acceleration, as it happened for all kind of virtual services ๐ฉ๐ปโ๐ป
Actually, I have been giving online design services for many years, since I have been one of the first here in Italy to do e-design (even before creating IB blog!). I started because I always loved the idea of working for clients from different countries, as a way to learn more about different cultures and lifestyle habits and somehow travel from my desk. Ok of course I was not expecting that this would had happened for real in 2020 ๐

To explain better how online design works, today I am sharing in the blog the process for a B&B edesign in Japan. Even if it was a small project, it has actually been one of the most challenging yet inspiring ones I did, and because of our cultural gap it took me longer than expected. But, at the end, I can say it has been really a beautiful experience โค๏ธ
