Home Office Design / Decoration Ideas & Inspiration (Simple, Small, Modern, Luxury)

Since the COVID-19 outbreak, working from home has become the new norm for so many of us. On this project we took an unused space and turned it into the perfect home office. We used reclaimed wood siding from an old barn and installed it from floor to ceiling to create a design feature that draws the eye up and down. We installed floating wood shelves to add in a modern element, and added a desk with plenty of storage and counter space to be able to work efficiently, remotely. In the corner, there was an HVAC duct that obtrudes from the floor. We took care of that eyesore by framing out the duct, and finishing it in the same barn wood siding that was used as the backdrop to the workspace area.
