Not every project has to be big, expensive, or time consuming. I took about 10 minutes yesterday during the rain storm and fixed up this little lamp for Adam's office. I found it at Goodwill for $5 and it was bright glossy blue (swipe to see how it looked mid-sand, bc naturally I forgot to take a REAL "before" pic 😆)
All it took was a quick sand to roughen it up and then 2 coats of paint/baking soda mix aaaaaand I love it!
(I do think it needs a new shade still, but this one is all I had on hand, so it will do for now!)
Little projects really can make a big impact on your space! And not only that, they can make a big impact on your mental outlook, as well. Projects have become my "therapy" - it feels so good to "step away" and focus on something else, even if it's just for 10 minutes. I'm challenging you you to try it. What's a small project you can do today? Tag me if you do something!
