What am I gonna “focus” on today (get it…I’m a photographer, focus…whatever). So, with an abundance of products, inventions and companies named after the person who either discovered or founded the business (Ferris wheel – Geogre Ferris, Graham cracker – Sylvester Graham, Salisbury steak (my personal favorite comfort food) – James Salisbury, Saxophone – Adolphe Sax) you get where I’m going with this, it’s surprising that the inventor of the radiator in 1855 (reflected in the glass door) was Franz San Galli. Poor Galli, whose name didn’t catch on for this heating marvel, was overshadowed by the “looping” design more commonly seen today, by Nelson Bundy who got all the attention/credit with the Bundy Loop.
