#beforeandafter On first glance, I noticed that the Sidra 2 - 3 bed villa layouts have a fairly small dining room, limiting how big a table that one could fit in it. Given the project brief also required keeping as much of the original furniture as possible, through a quick exercise of spatial planning, I was able to advise my Clients that it was best to re-use their existing set which would allow for ample space to accommodate their baby’s high chair. In time, when they can part ways with the high chair, they can then source a beautiful live-edge dining table set and possibly accommodate 8 ppl depending on the proportions. DESIGN TIP: ▫️Use a subtle patterned wallpaper to create the perfect backdrop for a featured wall art. ▫️Select a modern light fixture to break-up a monotonous rustic decor and add a pop of pizazz. ▫️When selecting a dining table set, be sure that you allow for a minimum of 75cm distance from the table to a wall/obstruction. For better comfort, leave 90cm gap so that guests can easily get out of their chair and move behind others that are seated. Swipe ➡️ to see both the before pic of this space and how the dining room was in their previous home. 📸 @_anyaphotography_ #homemakeover #diningroomdesign #diningroomdecor #diningroomstyling #homeinspo #interiors #interiorstyling #interiordecorating #refurbishing #dubaiinteriors #dubaiinteriordesign #dubaiinteriordesigner #dubaiinteriordesigners #ocdspaces #dubaihills #dubaihillsestate #emaarproperties #diningroom #interiorinspo #interiortips #designtips #designtip #betterliving #homedecor #homesweethome
