🕯I said grace this evening and enjoyed a candle lit dinner with the 'One'. It always feels great putting exotic spices to the test in my recipes. After a long weekend and long day today, comfort food was very much needed. VEGAN Pumpkin curry over Jasmine Rice for dinner definitely hit the spot. I am not accustomed to eating inside my home, I was raised to eat in the garage because indian cooking is has such a strong odor my family doesn't appreciate the smell inside our home. Tonight was just too cold to sit in the garage. Also I am tired of eating my meals in my room. Tonight I decided to eat in the dining room and it felt great.
