Another week, another angle 😉 Yes, that’s right - it’s still not complete. However with the announcements this week that we’ll actually be able to hold some form of Christmas celebration, it’s given us the real motivation to give this room the last final push 🤗 I thought I’d share a #throwbackthursday with you though, just to show how far we’ve actually come with this space. Good things come to those who wait you know 😏 This room used to be Marks Grandads office and would have originally been the kitchen when the house was very first built. It had a lot of damp in it which we had to deal with, and whilst stripping it back we discovered a fireplace behind the wall and original flagstone floor. We’ve reinstated a fireplace to give the room a focal point again and are hoping to use the flagstones in the garden at some point (however that will probably be another 4 years until that happens) 😂 Happy Thursday y’all!
